TLE4946KHTSA1 Overview

A magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages are used to protect the magnetic switches from damage. For good performance, the magnetic switches can supply 6mA. In operation, these switches are capable of outputting 20mA as the maximum current. There is a maximum current limit of 6mA that can be supplied by these switches. Switches require 59 pins to work. Switches should generally output 20mA current.
