TLE49641MXTSA1 Overview


A protective Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to protect the magnetic switch against damage. As a safety precaution, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. In order to be effective, magnetic switches can provide a maximum current of 2.5mA. When operating, these switches can output a maximum current of 25mA. These switches can supply a maximum current of 2.5mA. During operation, the switches have 3 pins. It consists of 3 terminations. There should be 25mA current output from the switches in general. During operation, the magnetic switches can supply 32V voltage.
