TLE4966H Overview


A protective Tape & Reel (TR) is applied to the magnetic switch in order to prevent damage. Magnet switches are packed in SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 packages for safety reasons. A magnetic switch with good performance can deliver 7mA as its maximum current. In their operating mode, these switches can output a maximum current of 10mA. It is possible to supply 7mA current with these switches. 6 pins are used to operate the switches. This termination has 6 terminations. A switch's current output should generally be 10mA. In normal conditions, this switch will deliver 12V voltage. In this magnetic switch, 2.7V is the minimum voltage that can be supplied. When the magnetic switches are operating, they could supply 15V.
