Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced 16-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package.The receiver is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.With its Transceiver can transceiver design, this part can be incorporated into a wide range of solutions.This wide receiver can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Power supply for this differential driver is 4.75V~5.25V.The field can have up to 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers at once when using this electronic part.For applications where the operating temperature is -40°C~150°C, this ic receiver was designed primarily.Driver ICs with a supply voltage range of 5V can operate efficiently.Wide receiver has 16 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.There is a voltage supply of 3.3V required in order for this transceiver module to be operated.In addition, the optical transceiver module incorporates a OTHER SUPPLY VOLTAGE ARE MIN:5.5, NOM:13.5, MAX:18 function that improves the overall stability and accuracy of the signal management.A power-saving technique is used in this integrating circuit, whintegrating circuith belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
