Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the 80-VFBGA package. It is adopted to package in the manner of Cut Tape (CT). As a type of General Purpose, this electronic part is able to deliver high-efficient performance in various applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. Using -40°C~85°C as the operating performance allows it to operate normally. It consists of 1 / 1 ADCs/ DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 3V~5.5V.
