A TSSOP package is provided to save space. As a packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 30 terminations are used. In electronic terms, it is a kind of 30-pin device. It has a configuration of 30 pins. The chip is mounted to the PCB using the Surface Mount technology. Voltage should not exceed 3.6V. Analog signals are converted into digital signals by A/D converters.
