TLV3502AQDCNRQ1 Comparator Description


The TLV3502AQDCNRQ1 push-pull output comparator has a fast propagation delay of 4.5 ns and operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The device's beyond-the-rails input common-mode range makes it an excellent choice for low-voltage applications. The rail-to-rail output drives either CMOS or TTL logic directly. A microsize package is useful for portable and space-constrained applications. The SOT23-8 (DCN) package is available for the TLV3502-Q1.
