TLV4906KFTSA1 Overview


Designed to protect magnetic switches from damage, the Tape & Reel (TR) package contains the switches. Magnet switches are packed in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages for safety reasons. Magnetic switches should be able to output 20mA at their maximum current. Normally, these switches supply 6mA current. Switches are operated by 3 pins. It has 3 terminations. There should be 20mA current output from the switches in general. The maximum voltage supplied by this switch should be 18V when in operation. When this switch is in a reliable operating state, it typically supplies 12V voltage. With this magnetic switch, a voltage of 2.7V is the minimum voltage available.
