During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. The supervisor is always powered by a 2V volt supply. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 3. Power managment ic pin count is 3. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.1V volts. There should be no more than 6V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type.
