There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip.
