TLVAIC3105IRHBTG4 Overview


For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a VQFN EP package. This package uses the Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method. 32 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off transmission lines. This is a 32-pin electronic device. It has a configuration of 32 pins. Using Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB. Supply voltage should be maintained at 3.6V. 1.1V should be the minimum value of supply voltage. Voltage 1.8V is used for its power supply. Operating voltage of 1.95V is possible. For the conversion of digital signals into analog ones, 2 D/A converters are used. Keeping the operating temperature at 85°C maintains normal use. To maintain normal use, the operating temperature is set to -40°C. There is a property of this type known as IT ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V ANALOG SUPPLY.
