Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a VQFN package. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method is used. Its General Purpose type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. Transmission lines have 48 terminations, which prevent signals from re-emitted. It is a kind of 48-pin electronic device. The board is configured with 48 pins. The chip is mounted to the PCB using the Surface Mount technology. Maintain a maximum voltage of 3.6V. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage be kept at 2.7V. In order to operate, it must be supplied with a voltage of 1.8V. Operating voltages as low as 3.3V can be used. For converting digital signals into analog signals, there are 2 D/A converters. As a precaution, the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C.
