TMPR4937XBG-300 Overview

The embedded microprocessor has been packed in BGA for convenient overseas shipping. There are 484 terminations totally. With a 1.5V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 64-Bit architecture. To learn about the functions of the pins 484 please refer to their datasheets. Supply current is maximum at 1.6V. An example of a Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. Generally, data transfer takes place at a rate of 64b bandwidth. An environment with a temperature higher than 70°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor. There are 484 pins injected into the embedded microprocessor body. CPU frequency will reach 300MHz at the top. Micro processors can be used from 1.5V. According to the datasheet, the embedded microprocessor requires 1.53.3V power supply. The embedded microprocessor also includes the following features: ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY.
