TMPR4955BFG-300 Overview

The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in PQFP, making it easy to ship internationally. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. As a whole, there are 160 terminations. In the case of a 1.5V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. The architecture of the microprocessor is 64-bit. You can refer to the datasheets for the functions of 160 pins. A maximum supply current of 1.6V is available. An example of a Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 64b. An environment with a temperature higher than 70°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor. Micro processor body consists of 160 pins.
