TN80960SB16 Overview


The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in LCC. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. In total, 84 terminations have been made. Using a 5V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run.
