TN80C188XL12 Overview

The embedded microprocessor has been packed in LCC for convenient overseas shipping. This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. A total of 68 terminations have been recorded. A 5V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. This microprocessor has an architecture of 16 bits. A CPU operates at a frequency of 12MHz. The embedded microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. With a 8 external data bus width, this CPU has a wide data bus. Micro processor body consists of 68 pins. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. According to datasheets, the micro processor requires 5V power sources. Currently, the CPU core voltage is 5V. CPU voltages cannot exceed 62.5mA. Don’t miss additional features of the embedded microprocessor such as: DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS.
