Packed in PLCC, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Bulk. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR. A total of 68 terminations have been recorded. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 3V voltage supply. There is a 16-Bit architecture in it. 13MHz is the CPU's frequency. Please refer to the datasheets for 68 pins functions. Its external data bus width is 16. An environment with temperatures higher than 85°C should not be used for the CPU microprocessor. There are 68 pins injected into the embedded microprocessor body. Many applications make use of this CPU, which has Surface Mount mounted. You can supply voltage 65mA higher than 65mA to the CPU. normal operation of the microprocessor should not require the device to be powered by a voltage higher than 5V.
