TPS2102DBVT Overview
The case is made of SC-74A, SOT-753 plastic. The Tape & Reel (TR) case is ideal for packing the part. Surface Mount is the way the part is mounted. We give it a voltage of 2.7V~4V in order to test it. There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C~70°C for this component. There is a perfect fit between it and the component connected in Handheld/Mobile Devices. As far as the device classification is concerned, it falls under the Source Selector Switch category. In the case of FETs, N and P-Channel is recognized as the type. In this part, there are 5 terminations. The device is designed with 5 pins. Using TPS2102 as a basis, the part is constructed.
