TPS2103DBVTG4 Overview


The case is made of SOT-23 plastic. Packing the part in Tape & Reel (TR) cases is ideal. The part comes with 5 terminations. 5 pins are used in the design of this product. This device is powered by 3.3V in order to deliver a high level of performance. The peak reflow temperature of this part is used to run 260 on it. It is a part from the Power Management Circuits family. Several 5 pins are incorporated into the part. In order to reach the maximum supply voltage, Vsup should reach 4V as quickly as possible.
