TPS2104D Overview


The case comes with it. Parts should be packed in Tube cases. The part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The voltage that is applied to the circuit is 2.7V~5.5V. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C~85°C must not be reached by this component. It fits perfectly with the component connected to Handheld/Mobile Devices. The device is categorized as Source Selector Switch. In this case, the FET type can be recognized as N and P-Channel.
