TPS2104D Overview
The case comes with it. Parts should be packed in Tube cases. The part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The voltage that is applied to the circuit is 2.7V~5.5V. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C~85°C must not be reached by this component. It fits perfectly with the component connected to Handheld/Mobile Devices. The device is categorized as Source Selector Switch. In this case, the FET type can be recognized as N and P-Channel. In this part, there are 8 terminations. 8 pins are used in the design of this product. TPS2104 is the basis for the part. Performance is delivered through 5V. To run 220; 260, we utilize the part's peak reflow temperature. This part should have a voltage supply of at least 2.7V (Vsup). In order to reach the maximum supply voltage, Vsup has to reach a value of 5.5V. In order for it to operate, a supply current of 18μA is used.
