TPS22920YZPR Load Switch Description


The TPS22920YZPR is a compact load switch with a controlled turn-on to reduce inrush current. The device includes an N-channel MOSFET with an input voltage range of 0.75 V to 3.6 V and switches currents up to 4 A. An integrated charge pump biases the NMOS switch to achieve the lowest possible switch ON resistance (rON). An on/off input (ON) controls the switch and can interface directly with low-voltage control signals.


When the switch is turned off, the TPS22920YZPR has a 1250-on-chip resistor for quick output discharge, ensuring that the output is not left floating.
