TPS22965DSGR Description


The TPS22965DSGR is a single channel load switch with adjustable rise time to reduce inrush current. The TPS22965DSGR comprises an N-channel MOSFET with an input voltage range of 0.8 V to 5.7 V and a maximum continuous current of 6 A.
