This voltage supervisor has a total of 6 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. A series of 2 channels can be found on this supervisor. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SOT-23-6 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. When a supply voltage of 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. 6 pins are present in total in this power management. Power managment ic pin count is 6. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.5V for this power management. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TJ. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
