TPS3780CDBVT Overview


This power management consists of 6 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. On this supervisor, there is a series of 2 channels that can be found. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SOT-23-6 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. IC management conducts in a 3.3V-voltage supply. There is a voltage supply of 2 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. 6 pins are on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1.5V volts. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6.5V volts in this IC power. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountIt is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TJ. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using TPS3780, the base power ics number.
