TPS3838E18DBVR Overview


There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 1.8V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. This power management system has 5 pins. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.6V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. This IC power should be powered by no more than 6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 250nA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by TPS3838E18. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 15μA.
