TPS3838E18DBVRG4 Overview


It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 1.8V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Surface Mount mounts IC management. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. Pin count of the power management is 5. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.6V. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA.
