As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 5 in total. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. There is a voltage supply of 1.8V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage.
