TPS3850H01DRCT Overview


There are 10 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. 10 pins make up the power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TJ . Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation.
