TPS40040DRBR Overview


Capsuled in the 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 2.25V~5.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply.
