TPS40193DRCRG4 Overview


The switching controller fits in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 4.5V~18V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Power Good. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC.
