TPS40200GDR Overview


As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.5V~52V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before.
