Capsuled in the 38-PowerTSSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 3 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4V~40V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 150kHz~600kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking is included in the dcdc regulator.
