TPS53313RGET Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 24 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package to save space. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 250kHz~1.5MHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
