For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 10 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~150°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 100kHz~2.5MHz. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts.
