This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 250kHz 500kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.891V.
