TPS54383PWP Overview


A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 14 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 14-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 310kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V. In the particular voltage regulators, the TPS54383 family is represented.
