This harley voltage regulator is available in the 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 200kHz~1.6MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts.
