As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. This harley voltage regulator has 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.9V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 200mA Switch. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 1.2V. TPS61097 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. A voltage of 3.3V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. 5 pins are used for switching regulator operation. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 3.3V. A 400mA A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 7μAA of quiescent current. In order to ensure reliable performance, the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage is 900mV volts. It operates on a 7μA supply current of adjusting voltage regulator. Voltage regulator 2MHz switching frequency can improve reliability.
