TPS61201DRCR Overview


As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER-type IC. Space-saving 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 1.25MHz~1.65MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.3V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1.2A Switch output current. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible.
