As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 10 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 750kHz. Regulator 2V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2V. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V for operation.
