TPS62021DRCR Overview


It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 10 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. There is a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.25MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.7V volts. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. As a member of the TPS62021 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. Voltage can be produced at 6V volts by voltage regulator. In order to operate voltage regulator, 10 pins are required. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 700mV volts at all times. A maximum output current of 600mA A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 6V, which is the highest available. With 6V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate. External factors have no impact on DC DC switching regulator's ability to consume 18μA A of quiescent current.
