TPS62303DRCR Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 10 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. There is a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 3MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.7V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. In the particular voltage regulators, the TPS62303 family is represented. At 1.8V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 10 pins. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 1.8V at least. Accordingly, dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum output current is 500mA A. DC DC switching regulator offers a maximum output voltage of 1.8V as its maximum output voltage. An input voltage of 6V is used to operate this harley voltage regulator. An external factor does not affect harley voltage regulator's ability to consume 86μA A of quiescent current. Adding the PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE IS ALSO POSSIBLE feature improves this switching regulator's efficiency and stability.
