The space-saving 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 3MHz.
