TPS62321DRCR Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 10 terminations are present. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 3MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. 6V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 3.6V for the purposes of operation. As a member of the TPS62321 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. A voltage of 1.5V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 10 pins that must be connected. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 1.5V. Voltage regulator's maximal output current reaches 500mA A to meet the operation requirements. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 1.5V. DC-DC switching regulator with 6V supply voltage. Voltage regulator consumes 86μA A of quiescent current without being affected by external factors. By adding the PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE IS ALSO POSSIBLE feature, this harley voltage regulator is more efficient and stable.
