TS12A4514DBVR Overview


The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a SC-74A, SOT-753. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. Totally, there are 5 terminations. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number. The electrical component supports 1 inputs. There are various bandwidths available for data transfer. There is 10Ohm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part.
