The embedded microprocessor has been packed in PQFP for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Bulk. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR. There are 80 terminations totally. Turning on and running the embedded microprocessor with a 5V voltage supply should be possible. There are 16 bits in its architecture. At 20MHz, the CPU operates. For information about 80 pins, please refer to the datasheet. As a Microprocessors, this cpu microprocessor is typical. The CPU's external data bus width is 8. Injection of 80 pins into the body of the embedded microprocessor is carried out. There are many applications that use the CPU with Surface Mount mounted. According to datasheets, the micro processor requires 5V power sources. It is 5V on the CPU's core. There is a maximum voltage you can supply to the CPU of 108mA. This embedded microprocessor includes additional features such as: DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS; EMULATION HARDWARE. Operating environment should be set to over -40°C.
