Due to its PQFP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Bulk. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. The total number of terminations is 100. A 5V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. There are 16 bits in its architecture. 13MHz is the CPU's frequency. Please refer to the datasheets for 80 pins functions. The embedded microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. 8 is the width of the external data bus on this CPU. Temperatures above 85°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. Embedded microprocessor bodies have 100 pins injected into them. Many applications make use of this CPU, which has Surface Mount mounted. There is a 5V function for the micro processor. According to the datasheet, the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supply. CPU voltage can't be higher than 70mA. A voltage greater than 5.5V should not normally be applied to the embedded microprocessor. The lowest voltage that should be applied to the micro processor is 4.5V.
