TSM007IDT Overview


It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR).
