TSU104IQ4T Overview


The linear amplifier is packaged in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. Linear amplifier is delivered in a Cut Tape (CT) case. It is estimated that there will be 16 terminations in the next few months. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 1.8V. Instrumentation amplifier is a part of Operational Amplifier. 16 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. Regarding input offset voltage, buffer amplifier rates 100μV voltage. For this electrical component, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The buffer amplifier functions well at -40°C~85°C as far as operating temperature is concerned. Using a supply current of 650nA , this buffer op amp will be able to operate. The voltage gain should stay at 130dB. This op amp contains 4 circuits.
