TSV994IDT Overview


A 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used to package the op amp. An op amp ic of the General Purpose type. In the case of Tape & Reel (TR) cases, linear amplifier will be delivered. A total of 14 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. The total number of pins on linear amplifier is 14. It is important to remember that this op amp should be operated at a voltage of 3.3V volts. It should be noted that this op amp is a type of Operational Amplifier device. The op amp ic has an array of 14 pins on it. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 4.5mV.
